Sometimes when we’re running low on greyhound ingredients and we have a headache from our day jobs, we like to close our eyes and imagine life through Thierry Mugler-colored lenses. And so, that naturally leads to a viewing of George Michael’s “Too Funky,” video. Yes, we ARE aware that this is our second George Michael post this year. But, well, don’t you feel better already? I know I do…now if only we could get our hands on every part of every Givenchy collection from the past five years…

we’re still recovering from the beauty bar’s annual black hearts party. we had so much fun dancing beneath the mirifique installation to the sounds of dj’s mike m, boo and darkness. here’s a pic from the morning after.
We’ve been tearing and tying fabric, spray painting and listening to dark dancey music in honor of the Beauty Bar’s Black Hearts Party. We hope to dance with you beneath the Mirifique installation at the Beauty Bar on February 10th.

what a productive friday! we spent the afternoon plotting future projects with randall garcia, shopping for wooden roses for the beauty bar’s black hearts party and organizing our supply list for a private event being held next month at union/pine. tonight we celebrate a hard days work with gardens & villa!
